AI Learning Cafe Launches in Cebu City
A GROUP of artificial intelligence (AI) enthusiasts soft-launched its inaugural AI learning cafe over the weekend in Cebu City, aiming to make AI education more accessible within a coffee shop environment.
This initiative, established by SimplifAI Advisors, seeks to democratize AI knowledge while fostering economic growth and innovation in the Philippines.
Caf AI combines the cozy atmosphere of a café with structured training, offering programs for students, professionals, executives, and government leaders. Its mission revolves around three pillars: community education, workforce development to stimulate jobs and innovation, and AI ethics and policy. Courses range from beginner workshops to executive literacy programs focused on governance and regulation. The cafe is situated within Enzuri Living Space, Brgy. Guadalupe, Cebu City.
In addition to its Cebu flagship, Caf AI intends to partner with coffee shops nationwide, turning slow periods into AI learning sessions and generating new revenue streams. This network model aids local entrepreneurs and creates more accessible training hubs.
“We’re not just teaching AI – we’re cultivating a community where Cebuanos can learn collaboratively, innovate, and generate wealth through early adoption of these transformative technologies,” stated Vanj Padilla, SimplifAI Advisors’ lead trainer.
